By automating certain details, you can **save time** and reduce **manual effort**.![](https://help.virtualbadge.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Group%2024971(1)-png.png?width=472&height=380&name=Group%2024971(1)-png.png) You can enhance your email content by incorporating dynamic text fields, such as: - **Credential Name** - **Recipient Name** - **Organisation Name, Country, City, and Street Address** - **Custom Dynamic Fields** created within the Designer. - **Dynamic Credential Names** (available on select plans) ### How to Use Dynamic Fields in Emails Follow these steps to add dynamic text to your email content: 1. Navigate to the **Recipient Experience** section of a credential. 2. Click on the spot in your email content where you want to insert the dynamic text. 3. The dynamic text appears in the selected location. Repeat this wherever needed. **Note:** If you add a custom dynamic field, such as “Recipient Name” or any custom fields created in the Designer, these fields are mapped based on the data provided through the CSV upload, single upload, API, or Zapier automation when you add recipients to the credential. #### **How to Delete a Dynamic Text Element:** Click on the area after the dynamic text (or the cursor), then press **Backspace** on your keyboard. #### **How to Change a Dynamic Text Element:** Simply click on the existing dynamic text and choose a new option from the drop-down list. **Note:** Any changes you make to the email content apply to all emails sent from that moment on. That’s it!
