How to Setup BCC Email Addresses

Send a Copy of Recipient Certificate Emails to a Custom Email Address

What is a BCC Email Address?

A BCC email address enables you to send a copy of an email to an additional recipient without revealing this recipient's email address to the primary recipients.

Example Use Case

For instance, in the case of Mr. X from Company ABC:

  • Every certificate sent via their system is automatically copied to a specific email address stored at the account level.
  • This email address is connected to Mr. X's CRM, which processes the certificates and adds them directly to the participant profiles.

Please note that this is just one way to use this feature.
