You can define the format that you wish to use by going to your organization settings:
"Manage Organization" -> "Organization" -> "Paper Format"

Specifications
Your format preferences apply to your organization. That means, that all new certificates created by you will follow the current format preference.
Changes in the format preferences do not impact previously created certificates.
