Here's a Guide to Centralise Template Access Across Sub-Organisations

The Global Collection feature in Organisation Hub allows parent organisations to share collections with sub-accounts and authorised issuers. At the credential level, the parent organisation can define which templates within a collection are available to each sub-organisation.

Template access is controlled at the collection level. If a sub-organisation has access to a collection with five templates, it can use all five. If a sub-organisation should only access two of those templates, create a separate collection containing just those two templates and grant the sub-organisation access to that new collection.

How to Create a New "Global Collection."

  1. Click on Create a Collection.

  2. Enter a name for your collection.

  3. Scroll down to find the Global Collection section and toggle the option on.

After saving and closing, a new tag will appear on the collection’s preview image indicating it is global!

How to Set an Existing Collection as "Global."

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the collection.

  2. Select Manage Collection.

  3. Scroll down and enable the Global Collection option.

Important: To enable the use of dynamic images at the Organisation or Recipient level, the certificate must be included in a collection marked as a "Global Collection."
