Introduction to Organisation Hub
Centralised Governance for Scalable, Controlled Certificate Issuance
Organisation Hub is the central governance layer in Virtualbadge.io that enables organisations to manage certificate issuance across multiple independent test centres. It brings together central template control, real-time oversight, granular roles and permissions, and delegated yet governed issuance—safeguarding brand integrity and compliance while allowing authorised issuers to operate autonomously.
With Organisation Hub, you centrally manage and release certificate templates, monitor all issued certificates, and define how each test centre operates—everything from a single, structured environment.
Manage your authorised issuers with Organisation Hub
Streamline how you work with multiple issuers under one master account. Designed for organisations using authorised test centres or partners, this module gives you full control without adding operational friction.
-
Centralised control: Decide which certificate templates each authorised issuer can access, while retaining full ownership of designs and data.
-
Structured collaboration: Authorised issuers can prepare and send certificates only within the framework and approval flows you define.
-
Transparent data oversight: Keep a clear, auditable view of all certificate activity and data across centres—trackable, compliant, and under your supervision.

Entities in the Organisation Hub System

- Template control: Manage and release certificate templates to test centres.
- Rights & roles model: Assign granular permissions (e.g., allow viewing participants in specific test centres).
2. Sub-Organisations (Authorised Issuers)
- Operate as independent tenants in Virtualbadge.io.
- Access only the certificate templates released by the parent organisation.
- Issue certificates within their allocated certificate quotas.
- Maintain operational independence while following the parent organisation’s standards.
3. End Customers (Participants)
