There are two methods for incorporating your organization’s logo: 1. **Organisation Level:** Upload your logo in the Organisation Settings. This will automatically apply the logo to any new badges or certificates you create moving forward. Here's how you can upload your logo: 1. Go to **Settings \> Element Library**. 2. Open the template in the **Designer**. 2. Go to the **Images** tab. 3. Credential Level:** Alternatively, you can add or update the logo **for each credential individually** in the **Basic Details section.** **Please Note:** For users on the Lite Plan, the Virtualbadge.io logo will continue to be displayed instead of your organisation’s logo in the credential access email to recipients. ### What Happens When You Make Logo Changes? - **Organisation-Level Changes:** Behaviour: Logo updates here will only apply to badges and certificates created *after* the change is made. To update an organisation logo that's already in use, update it in the Element Library (Settings) rather than in each template. This is the recommended way: the new image syncs automatically to every template that uses the element. - **Credential-Level Changes:** Behaviour: Updates at this level will apply immediately to *both new and existing* recipients of that credential. **Recommended Logo Size** For optimal display, please ensure the logo height is between **150 to 200 pixels**. This helps maintain clarity and consistency across all recipient access pages and emails. ### **Enhance Your Branding Experience with Virtualbadge.io** To create a more seamless and professional brand presence, consider these two optional add-ons: 1. **Send Emails Through Your Own Subdomain** Increase your brand credibility by sending all credential emails from your own company’s subdomain. This helps build trust with your recipients and ensures your communications look consistent and authentic. 2. **Host the Validation Page on Your Website** By default, the badge validation page is hosted on Virtualbadge.io. For a fully branded experience, you can host the validation page directly on your own website.
