[Element Library](https://help.virtualbadge.io/article/account-billing?hsLang=en#element-library) # How to Add Your Company Logo ## Show your logo on credentials, access pages and emails We understand how important your brand identity is, and that’s why your company logo plays a key role in the recipient experience. Here are the key areas where your logo will be prominently displayed to enhance your branding: 1. **Emails** Your logo will appear on all emails sent to recipients, reinforcing your brand presence with every message. ![logo image on the email](https://help.virtualbadge.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-30-2025-11-29-51-3643-AM.png?width=500&height=345&name=image-png-Jul-30-2025-11-29-51-3643-AM.png) 2. **Credential Access Page** When recipients access their credentials, your logo will be visible on the access page, providing a seamless and consistent branded experience. ![logo in credential access page](https://help.virtualbadge.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-30-2025-11-25-00-9486-AM.png?width=500&height=368&name=image-png-Jul-30-2025-11-25-00-9486-AM.png) You can add your logo in two ways: for your whole organisation, or for a single credential. ### Option 1: Add your logo for your whole organisation Upload your logo once in the Element Library, and use it in any template. **STEP1: Upload your logo** 1. Go to **Settings \> Element Library**. 2. Open the template in the **Designer**. 2. Go to the **Images** tab. 3. Lastly, select the image you want to add to the template, then place it where you want it in the design. ![organisation image in the designer](https://help.virtualbadge.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-15-2026-11-24-24-5136-AM.png?width=250&height=419&name=image-png-Sep-15-2026-11-24-24-5136-AM.png) ### Option 2: Add your logo to a single credential Alternatively, you can add or update the logo **for each credential individually** in the **Basic Details section.** **Please note:** On the **Lite** plan, the Virtualbadge.io logo is shown in the credential access email instead of your organisation logo.  ### What Happens When You Make Logo Changes? **In the Element Library (organisation level):** Update the logo in the **Element Library**, not in each template. The new logo syncs automatically to every template that uses it. It appears on badges and certificates issued *after* the change. \[PLACEHOLDER: confirm "issued" vs "created" after the change\] **In Basic details (credential level):** The update applies immediately to *both new and existing* recipients of that credential. **Recommended logo size:** Use a logo height between **150 and 200 pixels**. This keeps your logo clear on all access pages and emails. ### Branding add-ons Two optional add-ons give your recipients a fully branded experience: 1. **Send emails from your own subdomain:** All credential emails are sent from your company's subdomain, so recipients recognise the sender straight away. 2. **Host the validation page on your website:** By default, the validation page is hosted on Virtualbadge.io.
