# Training Attendance List

## Easily manage and download participation for in-person trainings

For in-person trainings, keeping a clear and reliable record of attendance is essential. The **Training Attendance List** gives you a structured overview of who participated in a training, when approvals were granted, and which participants are officially recognised—making it easier to manage compliance, reporting, and internal documentation.

This feature provides ways to **view, track, and manage training participation** in one place.

#### What Information Does the Attendance List Include?

The attendance list contains the following details:

#### **Training Details**

- Organisation name
- Trainer name
- Training name
- Training date
- Number of participants

#### **Participant Details**

- Full name of participants
- Email address
- Request timestamp (when the participant submitted the registration form)
- Approval timestamp (when the trainer or admin approved the participant)

#### Important Notes

- The attendance list is **enabled by default for all trainings**.
- To download the list, **at least one participant must be approved**.
- **Only approved participants** appear in the downloaded attendance list.
- Participants who are pending or denied will not be included.

### How to Download the Attendance List

To download the attendance list:

1. Go to the relevant **Training**.
2. Open the **Recipients** tab.
3. Click on **Download Attendance List**

The file will include only approved participants and their associated details.

### Automatically Send the Attendance List to the Trainer

You can also configure the system to **automatically send the attendance list to the trainer** once all participants in a training have been either approved or denied.

#### How to enable this option:

1. Go to **Settings**.
2. Open the **Trainer Module**.
3. Locate **Automatically send attendance list to trainer**.
4. Enable the option.
