      Unable to Download the First Aid form

      Here's why you might not be able to download the document

      Here are some reasons why you might be facing issues when downloading the First Aid form after your trainings have taken place:

      1. Recipient Limit Exceeded (Most Common):

        • You can download the document with a maximum of 20 recipients. Regardless of the number of certificates in a training session, the total number of recipients must not exceed 20.

      2. Pending Approvals:

        • Ensure that all recipients have been approved or denied. Missing approvals can prevent the download.

      3. Inactive Certificate or Training:

        • Verify that the certificate or training session has been activated. Inactive certificates or training sessions can block the download process.

      By addressing these issues, you should be able to download the First Aid Form successfully.
