Here's how you can set your preferred communication language
Customizing the communication language allows you to interact with our platform in your preferred language, enhancing usability and ensuring all platform elements, such as emails, notifications, alerts, trainer updates/reminders, and interface components, are displayed in your chosen language.
Steps to Change the Communication Language
Note: Language settings can be updated by Admins or users with custom roles.
- Go to Settings.
- Navigate to the Organisation tab.
- Under Organisation Default Settings, find and update the Communication Language option.
After changing the language, all future emails, notifications and alerts will be displayed in the new language.
