Virtualbadge.io sends certificates and badges directly to recipients. To make sure any replies from recipients reach your organisation, set your organisation’s contact email address.
How to Add a Contact Email
To set your organization's contact email:

Open your Virtualbadge.io account and select the certificate or badge you want to add the contact email to.

In the Basic Details section, find the Contact Email field.

Enter your organisation’s email address.

Click Save to apply the changes.
After you set your organisation’s contact email, all recipient replies to credential emails go to this address, so your team can manage and respond to enquiries promptly.
Please note that, by default, all credential emails are sent from info@m.virtualbadge-mail.com. The replies, however, are redirected to the email you enter here.
Sending Credentials from Your Domain
You can also configure a custom sending domain so credential emails appear to come from your organisation’s email address (for example, certificates@yoursubdomain.com). This feature isn’t included in every subscription. To enable it, contact our support team for help with domain verification and setup.
