Adding a Contact Email

Ensure all recipient replies are directed to your organization’s email.

Virtualbadge.io sends certificates and badges directly to recipients. To ensure that any replies from recipients are directed to your organization, set your organization's contact email address.

How to Add a Contact Email

To set your organization's contact email:

  1. Access your Virtualbadge.io account and select the certificate or badge for which you wish to add the contact email.

  2. In the 'Basic Details' section, locate the 'Contact Email' field.

  3. Enter your organization's email address.

  4. Click 'Save' to apply the changes.

After setting your organization's contact email, all recipient replies to credential emails will be directed to this address, ensuring your team can manage and respond to inquiries promptly.

Please note that, by default, all credential emails are sent from info@m.virtualbadge-mail.com.

But the replies will be redirected to the email you enter here.

Sending Credentials from Your Domain

Organizations on the Enterprise Plan can configure a custom sending domain, allowing credential emails to appear as sent from your organization's email address (e.g., certificates@yoursubdomain.com). To enable this feature, please contact our support team for assistance with domain verification and setup.
