Ensure all recipient replies are directed to your organization’s email.
By default, Virtualbadge.io sends certificates and badges directly to recipients on your behalf. To ensure all replies are addressed by your team, it’s essential to add your organization’s email as the contact address.
How to Add a Contact Email
You can set the contact email in the "Basic Details" section of your account settings.
Once added, any replies from recipients will go directly to your organization’s email, allowing you to handle inquiries effectively.
Sending Credentials from Your Domain
If you prefer to send credentials from your domain, this option is available as part of our Enterprise Plan. Contact us for more information on how to enable this feature and customize the sending process.
Note: While this feature is included in the Enterprise Plan, we can discuss enabling it for other plans if needed.
