Easily Cancel Your Subscription in Just a Few Clicks

Ending a subscription? Here's your guide to cancelling hassle-free. You can also use this guide to cancel your trial subscriptions.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Go to your account Settings and select Billing.
  2. Under Billing, click Manage.

3. In the new window, select Cancel.

That’s it! Your subscription will be canceled.


What Happens When You Don’t Have an Active Subscription

Admins will continue to have access to the account but will be limited to managing existing content and settings. This approach preserves control without requiring full account deletion.

What happens to certificates and badges you’ve issued after canceling your subscription?

  • Any credentials that have already been shared or downloaded will remain valid, and their validation pages will stay active.

  • Unclaimed credentials will no longer be accessible to recipients.

  • All credential email links become inaccessible for recipients once the subscription is inactive.

What You Can and Cannot Do Without an Active Subscription

  • ✅Can create new certificate or badge templates
  • ⚠️Add new recipients, but their status will show “Insufficient Funds,” and the credentials won’t be generated or downloadable.
  • ⚠️Can edit recipient information, but if the status is “Insufficient Funds,” the credentials cannot be generated or downloaded.
  • ✅Can download previously generated or claimed credentials.
  • ❌Sending credential emails is not possible.
  • ⚠️All new or pending certificates and badges will remain paused/in draft until the subscription is reactivated.
