      How to Cancel Your Subscription

      1. Go to Account and select Billing.
      2. Under Billing, click Manage.

      3. In the new window, select Cancel.

      That’s it! Your subscription will be canceled.

      What Happens to Your Certificates and Badges?

      • Any shared or downloaded credentials will remain valid, and their validation pages will stay active.
      • Without an active subscription, you won’t be able to issue new credentials, and any unclaimed credentials will no longer be accessible to recipients.
