What is a Digital Wallet?
A digital wallet is a software-based system for mobile users. It allows users to store various types of information, including credentials, credit/debit card details, bank account information, loyalty cards, and even cryptocurrency.
Virtualbadge.io's integration with digital wallets allows your recipeints to add their digital certificates or badges to their wallets with ease.
The supported wallets are:
- Apple Wallet
- Google Wallet

How to use the Digital Wallet on Virtualbadge.io?
You can edit and customize this feature through the "Recipient Experience" under the "Recipient Access Page." Scroll down to see it:
1. Click on "Enable".
2. You can add the desired Pass Logo, Hero Image, and Background Image.
3. You can see how the preview for the certificates would look on Apple and Google Wallet.
The certificate/badge information displayed on the wallet card is the following:
- Certificate/Badge Name
- Recipient Name
- Issuer Name
- Issue Date
- Expiration Date (if enabled)
- QR Code for validation.

Recipient View:
Your recipeints will have the option to add their credentials to their digital wallets upon clicking on the link on their emails. The buttons to add that credential to their preferred wallet option is displayed on the Recipient View page.
