Managing Recipients in the Trainer Module
Learn how to approve, deny, reset, and manage recipients from the Trainer module recipient table.
The recipient table in the Trainer module works very similarly to the one in the Credential module.
From the table, you can:
- Switch between different table views
- Move, reorder, and manage columns
- Apply filters
- Use the search bar
- Show or hide the voided recipients
- Refresh the table
- Delete recipients
- Add recipients (individually or via bulk CSV upload)
- Download the attendance list

Admins and Trainers can:
Note: The availability of the following actions depends on your assigned role and permission set.
- Approve
or deny
recipients individually or in bulk. - Reset
denied recipients.
- Edit
recipient information before training participants are approved or denied
IMPORTANT:
1. If any edits are required for an approved recipient (email is sent), they must be made directly in the credential itself, via the recipient table of that certificate in the Credential module. For this reason, you will see this icon
next to an approved recipient in the recipient table in the Trainer module. A pop-up message will appear explaining this, along with a redirect link.
2. When you edit a denied recipient, their denied status is reset.
3. Editing a recipient before approving or denying their credential email access works the same way as editing information at the certificate or badge level.
