Ensure that your participants receive their certificates without any delays
Insufficient credits might prevent you from sending certificates via email to trainers, participants, and custom emails.
To resolve this, follow these steps:
- Renew Your Subscription: Purchase additional credits or renew your subscription. Follow the steps as shown in the Billing & Invoices help document.
- Go to the Training: Navigate to the Overview section of the particular training.
- "End" the Training
- Resend Certificates: Once the training is ended, a new option will appear. Click on the "Resend" button to resend the certificates.
By following these steps, you can ensure that the participants receive their certificates after you've renewed your subscription. This process is simple and ensures that all participants get the recognition they deserve for completing the training.
