Webhooks on Virtualbadge.io

Webhooks let you connect Virtualbadge.io to your own systems or tools so that when a certain event takes place on the platform, your system is notified instantly, without you having to check manually or build a custom integration from scratch.

Think of it like a automatic tap on the shoulder: "Hey, a badge was just sent" or "A training was just completed" your system receives that signal and can act on it however you need.

Supported Webhook Events

1. Training Completed (Manually)

Triggered when a training status is manually marked as completed. Your system will receive the training details at that point.

2. Training Completed (Automatically)

Triggered when a training status is automatically set to completed. Your system will receive the training details at that point.

3. Certificate/Badge Generated

Triggered when a certificate or badge has been successfully generated for one or more recipients, including those from sub-organisations. Your system will receive the recipient details at that point.

4. Credential Email Sent

Triggered when a credential email has been sent to one or more recipients, including those from sub-organisations. One notification is sent per recipient, regardless of how your organisation delivers credentials.

5. Recipient Access Revoked

Triggered when a recipient's access to their credential is revoked, for one or more recipients, including those from sub-organisations. Your system will receive the recipient details at that point.
