Creating and Managing Recipient Table Views
Organize and save table layouts that fit your needs
Recipient table views let you organize, filter, and save different layouts so you can quickly access the information most relevant to you or your team.
1. Creating a New View
You can set up new views with a custom name, choose who can use them, and decide if they should be a default.
Steps:
- Go to the Recipients tab in a credential.
- Click the View Selector icon
in the top-left corner.
- In the pop-up, select Create New View.
- Enter a name for your view.
-
Next, choose the visibility setting for your view:- Private: Visible only to you.
- Organisation: Shared across your whole organisation. - (Optional) Select Make Default
. This ensures the view is automatically applied when no other view is chosen.
- Click Create.
2. Setting Up and Editing a View
Arrange your table exactly how you want by reordering columns.
Steps:
- Open the View Selector and choose the view you want to edit (it will highlight in blue).
- Close the View Selector.
- Drag and drop columns in the table to reorder them.
-
Reopen the View Selector. The active view will now appear in red, meaning changes need to be saved.
- Use the drop-down in the top-right corner to select Update Current View.
- Once saved, the view will turn blue again.
Once set & saved, the red dot on the view selector icon will disappear.
3. Deleting a View
Steps:
- Open the View Selector.
- Select the view you want to keep active (it turns blue).
- Click the edit icon on the view you want to delete.
- The delete option will appear — click it and confirm.
4. Resetting a View
This applies when you’re halfway through adjusting the column order and are satisfied with how it looked before.
Steps:
- Open the View Selector.
- You’ll see a reset icon
next to any view with unsaved edits.
- Click it to restore the last saved version of that view.
