How to remove recipients and what happens when they’re deleted
Deleting recipients from your system is a simple process. However, it's important to understand the consequences of deleting a recipient, especially in relation to email links, validation pages, and credits.
How to Delete Recipients:
- Navigate to the Recipients tab.
- Select the recipient you want to delete.
- Click on the trash icon to remove them.
What Happens When a Recipient is Deleted?

If the email has not been sent:
- The recipient will be permanently deleted.

If the email has already been sent and opened:
- The recipient will no longer be able to re-download the certificate and will be redirected to a page indicating that the certificate is no longer available.

Credits for deleted recipients will not be refunded. Once a recipient has been deleted, their credits are not reimbursed.
