[Recipient Management](https://help.virtualbadge.io/article/features?hsLang=en#recipient-management) # Edit Recipient Name, Email, and Other Dynamic Information On Credentials ## Here is how you can easily fix any typos and re-issue existing credentials If you've sent credentials with incorrect recipient details, such as **name, email, or other dynamic information**, you can now update them and revoke the previously issued credential. ![](https://help.virtualbadge.io/hs-fs/hubfs/edit%20on%20new%20table-gif.gif?width=670&height=173&name=edit%20on%20new%20table-gif.gif) Whenever you edit the content of existing certificates or badges, a new version of that credential will be generated. This also means that a new link will be created for accessing and validating the updated credential. **Here's how it works:** 1. Go to the recipient table (open the credential and visit the "**Recipients**" tab). 2. To send the updated credential to the recipient, select the edited recipient and click the **Send email** button in the top-right corner. Resending the email is optional. Recipients from the trainer module cannot be edited directly from the recipient tab.  To edit recipients added via the trainer module, click the edit icon next to the recipient in the trainer module.
