Multi-page PDFs and single-page PDFs

Differences Between Single-Page and Multi-Page PDF Certificates and How to Set Them Up

With this feature, you can decide whether or not to include a validation page with the main certificate.

Note:

1. This feature applies at the account level, meaning all new certificates will automatically follow the format selected in your settings.

2. By default, new accounts will start with the classic one-page PDF format.

Below is a short description explaining both options:

  1. Classic PDF (one page): Consists of only 1 PDF page, with the certificate background that you create on the tab "Designer".
  2. PDF with Validation Page (two pages): This option will add a default PDF page as a second page for your certificates. This page contains:
  • The name of the recipient
  • The issuing company
  • The name of the certificate/course
  • The issuing/expiration date of the certificate
  • Validation URL & QR code
  • Certificate ID

The information for the validation page can not be edited.
