Element Library Overview
Create an image once, use it everywhere
The Element Library is where you keep the images you reuse across your designs, logos, signatures, stamps, as reusable elements. Instead of uploading the same file into every template, you add it once as an element. Update that element in one place, and every template that uses it follows automatically.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Element Library. Each element shows its name, size, and a preview.
The elements you create here are also available while you design: open the Designer and find them under the Images tab, ready to drop into any template.
Start with your logo
Your logo is already set up as a dynamic element, it just needs an image. Upload it once in the Element Library, and it's ready to use in every template.
Create and name an element
- Go to Settings → Element Library.
- Open the three-dots menu → Edit on the element you want to set up.

- Give it a name (if possible) and upload the image.

You'll see the element's name, size, and a preview, so you can confirm it's the right file.
Add an element to a template
The first time you want to use an element in a design:
- Open the template in the Designer.
- Go to the Images tab.
- Lastly, select the image you want to add to the template, then place it where you want it in the design.

Update an element
To change an image that's already in use, update it in the Element Library (Settings) rather than in each template. This is the recommended way: the new image syncs automatically to every template that uses the element.
Good to know: the update applies going forward. The new image appears on badges and certificates issued after the change, credentials already issued to recipients keep the image they were created with.
Availability
The default logo element is available on all plans. Creating additional elements, for extra logos, signatures, or stamps, requires the Enterprise plan.
